Sam coaches adults who want strength training that actually fits their week, not a class schedule that fits the gym's. Most clients see meaningful changes in 8–12 weeks of consistent work, not 4 weeks of hype.

Background: D1 strength & conditioning intern, then 6 years in private studios in Boulder before opening Vertical Strength.
