Do I have to do anything?
No. I build it from your Google reviews, photos, and hours. You look at the preview and tell me what to change. After launch, updates are one email: "change the hours", "add this photo", done within the week.
Who owns the site?
On the subscription, I run it for you and your content stays yours (your photos, your words, your reviews). On the ownership path, the code and design are 100% yours the moment the build fee clears, and if you ever leave I hand you the whole site as files you can host anywhere.
